How much does it cost to personalise an item?
We have different personalisation options depending on the product:
* Sleep Masks $10
* One silk pillowcase $25
* Two silk pillowcases $40
Please note the personalisation cost is an additional cost to the product you are personalising.
How long will it take to ship?
Please allow approximately 5 additional business days for your personalised items to ship.
Can I return or exchange my personalised item?
Please note orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if your item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our end.
Is personalisation always available?
Personalisation may not be available during sale periods or periods of heavy traffic, or during lockdown closure periods.
Personalisation placement?
Personalisation on silk pillowcases will be bottom left of the pillowcase (unless you leave a note on your order for the right hand bottom side). Personalisation on all silk sleep masks can be either small font bottom left or large font centered.
Can I arrange a custom order or a corporate bulk order for personalised gifts?
