We recommend turning your pillowcase inside out, placing it in a delicate wash bag, and washing it on a cold, gentle cycle with a pH-neutral silk-safe detergent.

Air dry flat out of direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals and high heat.

Treat your silk with the same softness you wish to offer yourself.

Yes, you can. Always use a cold, delicate cycle and a gentle detergent formulated for silk. Protect your pieces in a laundry bag.

Air dry naturally to maintain the integrity and life of your silk.

We recommend washing your silk pillowcase every 7 to 10 days and your sleep mask every few wears.

You can add your initials, your name, or up to 9 characters of text to make it personal or to make it the perfect gift for someone special.

Please note the personalisation cost is an additional cost to the product you are personalising.

Please allow approximately 5 additional business days for your personalised items to ship.

Because personalised items are made to order, they cannot be cancelled nor are not eligible for returns, except if your item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our end.

Please double-check spelling and options before placing your order.

Personalisation may not be available during sale periods or periods of heavy traffic.

Personalisation on silk pillowcases will be bottom left of the pillowcase (unless you leave a note on your order for the right hand bottom side).

Personalisation on all silk sleep masks can be either small font bottom left or large font centered.

You can purchase a digital gift card directly from our Gift Card product page.

Simply select your preferred value and choose whether to send it to yourself or directly to recipient with a message.

Our gift cards are delivered securely via email.

If you choose to send it to yourself, you'll receive the gift card in your inbox and you can forward it to the recipient or print it out and and gift in person.

If you select “Send directly to recipient,” they will receive the gift card in their invoice on the date you choose along with the personalised message (optional).

Please check that the recipient’s email and personal details are correct prior to completing your purchase. This information cannot be amended post-checkout.

No. There are no additional processing fees when you purchase or redeem a gift card.

Yes. Gift cards act like store credit and can be combined with promotional discount codes at checkout.

Yes. Provided there is still a balance availble on the gift card.

If the available balance on your gift card is less than the order total, you'll be prompted to select a secondary payment method for the remaining balance during checkout.

If the balance available on your gift card is greater than, or equal to, your total order amount, then you can simply click 'pay now'.

You can also pay for your order with multiple gift cards.

Unfortunately, once a gift card has been issued is considered a currency, only you can see the full unique gift card code once sent to you - we don't have access to your code from our system.

Please note that whilst we are able to view the gift card balance and expiry date, we are not able to view your unique gift card code.

Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. The purchased value may only be redeemed for products on our online store.

Our gift cards are delivered electronically and there is no shipping charge for these orders.

If the order contains a physical product/s with a digital gift card, standard shipping rates will apply for the physical products only. Free shipping will apply for qualifying orders, as per the standard thresholds dependend on your region.
