To help you receive your Shhh Silk gifts in time for Christmas, please refer to the recommended order cut-off dates below. These dates are based on information provided by our shipping partners and apply to in-stock products only.


Order Cut-Off Dates

  • United States: Order on or before 11 December
  • Australia: Order on or before 18 December


Important Information

  • Cut-off dates are guidelines only, not guarantees.
    While we do our absolute best to have all orders dispatched promptly, unforeseen delays with postal and courier services may occur during the peak holiday period.
  • Applies to standard residential addresses only. Rural or remote locations may require additional time.
  • Orders containing pre-order items or custom products may experience extended processing times and are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
  • Orders must be successfully placed and paid for before the cut-off time/date.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
  • Shhh Silk is not liable for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or operational disruptions.
